Extremely low starting current & ultra low internal resistance of motor
Quantum Motors' automotive motors achieve remarkable efficiency, reaching up to 98.33%-99% at high speeds above 2000 RPM and maintaining average 86% -90% efficiency at lower speeds between 100–2000 RPM. With minimal energy loss, the starting current can be as low as 300A, significantly lower than the industry level of 900A, because the average efficiency of global electric vehicle motors at low speed of 200-500 RPM is around 50%, whereas QUANTUM's axial flux motor exceeds 86%.
Currently, global electric vehicle engineers address motor temperature issues by increasing battery voltage to 600V-1000V, thereby reducing motor current and heat. In contrast, the QUANTUM motor employs a multi-rotor and stator integration method, lowering internal resistance in motor to reduce temperature, allowing the motor voltage to stay within 320V.
Natural cooling motor system and hybrid flux motor
