Our Axial Flux Motors

Quantum Motors' axial flux technology utilizes advanced, low-magnetic-resistance patented innovation, achieving up to 99% efficiency with natural heat dissipation. Unlike traditional motors, it requires no air or water cooling, and its volume and weight are just 1/10 that of conventional asynchronous motors—delivering superior performance in a compact design. The power of a single axial flux motor can reach 10MW with multi-stator-rotor integration technology. The power and speed of the motor can be customized according to customer requirements.

Ultra High Torque / Robotic motor

This robotics motor is specifically designed for the robotics industry, operating at low speeds of 20-1000 RPM without a gearbox while delivering ultra high torque and exceptional angular acceleration. With a reaction time as fast as milliseconds, its power density is three times that of a standard BLDC motor system (which responds in seconds), This enhances efficiency, ensures quiet and dynamic operation, and extends system lifespan,The power range spans from 10W to 10MW. Hybrid flux motor

This is the new structure invented by Quantum Motor. It combines the high-efficiency characteristics of axial flux motors with the appearance and structure of radial flux motors, allowing for seamless installation in Tesla cars with natural cooling. It can achieve an efficiency of 98% at high speeds above 2000 RPM, while an efficiency of 90% can be achieved at low speeds between 100 RPM and 2000 RPM. (In comparison, Tesla's motor only achieves 50% efficiency at a low speed of 200 RPM, meaning a 100 kW Tesla motor loses at least 50 kW of power at low speeds.) The power density of the hybrid flux motor is three times that of the radial flux motor.
